Healthy Fastfood: If you simply have no time and still want to eat healthy

Zero time? Not even on weekends to prepare something for the coming week?

But you still want to eat healthy?

In the most blatant lack of time, I just took peppers, tomatoes, carrots, apples, grapes, apricots and other fruit that I just had at home and that somehow can be eaten on the hand. I just washed them quickly, drained it and packed it (especially in stress please pay attention that the fruit is packaged well enough that your bag will not get dirty if you accidently sit on your back or something like that). That’s how I took it to school, university and work and I was fine.

In case of need (you have to get out NOW, otherwise the train is gone!) You can also wash things at work, at the university or anywhere else!

Dried fruits (dates, figs, raisins, apricots) and nuts are also excellent for this purpose.

 

Write me, if you can think of something else.

And…

… remember to take a deep breath in between. Stress drives us and is quite useful. But we also need rest breaks! It’s also super helpful to just put one hand on the stomach and one on the heart. Just because! Try it out and have a look at how you feel.

Sometimes you just have to take your time!
